Rental conditions
Rental period per week is from Saturday 15:00 hrs until Saturday 10:00 hrs.
A deposit of € 100,00 will be charged per rental agreement. The deposit will be returned after check of the cabin.
Household linen is not available and have to be taken care off by yourself. The cabin is fully equiped for usage by a maximum of 6 persons.
Payment conditions
Down Payment:
25% of the rental sum has to be paid within 14 days after date of the rental confirmation. The owner reserves the right to cancel the agreement in case of late payment.
Rest Payment:
The remaining amount and deposit needs to be paid at the latest 30 days before start of the rental period. The owner reserves the right to cancel the agreement in case of late payment, please note that no refund of the pre-payment will be made.
Cancellation:
If cancelled the pre-payment will not be refunded. If cancelled after full payment of the rental amount, on top of the pre-payment amount an additional € 100,= cancellation fee will be charged.
Payment:
At your wish to be made in EURO's to a bank in The Netherlands or in Swedish crowns to a bank in Sweden.
